Mrs. Tuttle, We would like to share our condolences with you during this time. Not sure if you will remember me, but my mom is Betty Herring and I used to come over to your home every morning back in 1965 and you would serve me coffee as a youngster. Mr. Tuttle traveled and I remember on one occasion he brought myself and my brothers Bert, and Brad Horned Toad Frogs for us to keep and play with as pets. All of us are in our 50's now and I can't believe after reading about Mr. Tuttle what an interesting man and character he was. Thank you and Mr. Tuttle for these memories. By the way my wife works for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank which used to be Federal Home Loan Bank. She has been with the bank for over 20 years now. Thank you again for these memories. In memeory of Horace Tuttle, who led a distinguished, honorable, and loving life. Having known Mike Tuttle and attended junior high and high school with him, I know what a fine father Horace was...because he raised a great son. Mike was always one of my best friends. I even went to a school dance with Mike in junior high...so I know his dad would be proud of what a gentlemen that Mike always was. I send blessings of love to all family and friend. I know Uncle Horace is in a better place now. Without the quality of life he so enjoyed, I believe he probably was ready for a change and certainly as a strong Christian man he was ready. He was so loved by his family. What a gentle and sweet man! I know he will so be missed. I do wish I could be there to share his memorial service, but am unable to make the trip at this time. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
