Helen Carrie Hilton Stokesberry's Obituary
Helen Carrie Hilton Stokesberry was born in Gadsden, Alabama on May 18, 1928. She served her Savior faithfully until He called her home on March 8, 2021 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband Jesse Forrest Stokesberry Sr., her son James Lee Stokeberry and daughter Judith Lynn Hall.
She is survived by her son Jesse Forrest Stokesberry Jr. and his wife Kay, her daughter Sharon DeHoff and her husband Lawrence, her daughter Katherine Diane Stewart and daughter-in-law Jean Stokesberry.
She is also going to be missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
She leaves behind her beloved dogs Prissy, Missy and Peanut and her cats Kitty and Marble who brought her so much joy during her last days on earth.
The family would like to THANK the entire staff at One Point Hospice for their kindness and care they showed to Helen and her family.
