Funeral services for Helen Oliver, 80, of Longview will be held at 12 Noon Friday, August 1, 2003 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with the Reverend Sonny Selden and Les Pruett officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Park. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM, Thursday, at the funeral home. She passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2003 in a Longview hospital.
Mrs. Oliver was born August 15, 1922 in Joaquin, Texas, and was a longtime resident of Longview. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Oliver was preceded in death by her daughter, Jan Worsham; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jack Oliver of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Joe Stafford of Evansville, Indiana; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Diann Oliver of Longview; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Julie, Gina, Janet, and Jamie; and 9 great grandchildren.
