Services for Helen Louise ?Mammaw? Haynes, 93, of Longview, will be held at 4 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2003 in the Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Turner officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Mrs. Haynes was born on August 27, 1909 in Ragland, Alabama to Sidney and Emma Daffron. She passed away on Monday morning, May 26, 2003 at her residence.
She was a resident of Columbia, TN. since 1941 where she was a homemaker, and a member of the Northside Baptist Church. She moved to Longview in 1986 and became a member of the Trinity Methodist Church.
A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mrs. Haynes was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Winston D. ?Pappaw? Haynes, son, Kenneth Haynes, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy ?Dot? and Walt Dillard of Longview, daughter-in-law, Sue Haynes of TN., grandchildren and their spouses, Amy Rittermeyer and her husband Marshall of Longview, Beth Crismer and her husband Michael of Longview, Nichole Haynes of TN., Kenneth Haynes of TN., and Tammy Haynes of TN., and six great grandchildren, Chaska Norwood of Plano, Andy Norwood of Longview, Cody Rittermeyer of Longview, Morgan Haynes, Megan Haynes, and Shane Haynes all of TN.
