Helen K. Walk Crim
January 3, 1923 - April 18, 2014
Helen K. Crim passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 at the age of 91, in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Crim died peacefully in her sleep due to complications of pneumonia.
Helen Crim was born in Wirt, Oklahoma, but spent most of her life in Texas.
She was married to Donald L. Crim in 1944, and they were married for 60 years.
Helen Crim was a telegraph operator in WWII. She was a member and supporter of the First Presbyterian Church of Henderson for the majority of her life.
She loved sewing, crocheting, and painting ceramics.
Helen Crim was a loving wife and mother. Predeceasing her are her husband, Donald L. Crim, and son, Don W. Crim. She is survived by her son, Darrell L. Crim, and daughters-in-law Jody Best and Dinah Crim. Mrs. Crim is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The graveside service will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Saturday, April 26, 10:30 am with a reception following at the First Presbyterian Church, Henderson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 3, 10:00 am at Grace Presbyterian Village, Dallas, TX.
