Harry Hershal Hileman, Jr. Harry Hershal Hileman, Jr., 58 of Longview, left this life to live eternally with his Lord on May 8, 2004, following a long and courageous fight with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Winterfield United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mike Lindstrom officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday, May 10, 2004 at the funeral home. Harry was born October 18, 1945, to Claire Bergeron Hileman and Harry Hershal HilemanSr., Plaquimine, LA. Harry graduated from Jefferson High School in Jefferson, TX and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. He served our country in the United States Air Force Reserves. He worked in various positions at Bennett Equipment Company and continued his employment there for twenty-two years. For the last year he worked with Equipment Services, Inc. who became his extended family. In 1967 Harry married his high school sweetheart, Brenda Belote, and they had two loving children in whom he took much pride. Harry is survived by his wife, Brenda, of 37 years; one son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Jeni Hileman of Burleson, TX and daughter and son-in-law Courtney and Jason Williams of Liberty, TX and grandsons Cody, Connor and Cason Hileman and Daniel and Andrew Williams, brother and sister-in-law Jim and Betty Hileman of Lynchburg, VA, sister and brother-in-law Jerry and Jack McVay of Rockwall, TX, sister-in-law Laura Hileman of Lufkin, TX and several nieces and nephews. Harry was preceded in death by his parents and brother Paul Glenn Hileman. Harry was an active member at Winterfield United Methodist Church where he felt much love and affection for his Fellowship Sunday School class. The family expresses their deep appreciation for all the loving support they received from Drs. Lewis Duncan and Bernard Taylor and all the nursing staff at Longview Cancer Center as well as the staff and nurses of HeartsWay Hospice.
