Some years ago, I lived in the Camp Joy Community near the H.D. RIGGS household. He and I worked together with EDH ELECTRIC, and with WILLMAR ELECTRIC, and perhaps a couple of others. He and I became good pals, work-mates, and Friends. He was one of the finest "Pipe Hands" with whom I ever worked, and I learned a lot from him in that area of our industry. In turn, he learned a little from me in the area of Motor Controls. In August of 1993, I moved to Colorado and joined the Electricians' Union and kinda lost contact, but still would see him every now and then, when I was visiting my own Family there in Camp Joy.
H.D., you will be sorely missed!
