Guddie Anthony Chucci's Obituary
Our Heavenly Father took Dad?s hand and welcomed him home today.
Guddie Anthony G.A Chucci, 88, was born March 9, 1917 in Luke, Allegany County, Maryland to Dominic and Annuzita Nancy DeSantis Chucci and passed away September 4, 2005 at the home of his son Robert in Hallsville, Texas.
Mr. Chucci was a veteran of World War II and Korea having served in the navy and air force. Dad loved the out doors, gardening, wood working, fishing, and also was an avid painter who spent many hours painting lovely scenes and flowers
He was preceded in death by his wife of 45years, Leola Tapelt Chucci, his parents, daughter-in-law, Linda C. Chucci, and several brothers and sisters.
Surviving Mr. Chucci is a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Nora Chucci of Hallsville; two grandsons, Tony Chucci of Hallsville, Texas and Keith Chucci of College Station, Texas; two brothers, Louie of Keyser, W. Virginia and Bill of Wichita, Kansas; two sisters, Viola Huffman of Keyser, W. Virginia and Antoinette Nicaloto of Allen Park, Michigan.
Family visitation will be at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd. in Longview Wednesday evening, September 7th from 6 to 8 PM.
Burial will follow in Alexandria, Minnesota at St. Mary?s Church Cemetery under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home of Alexandria.
The family wishes to thank Jennifer and Greater Hospice of Texas for the special care they gave Dad.
