Grayce Will Black Bussey
Funeral services for Grayce Will Black Bussey, 87, of Longview will be held at Four O?clock pm Wednesday May 18, 2005 at the First United Methodist Church with Reverend David Lindwall officiating. Burial will follow at the Summerfield Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Bussey passed away Monday May 16, 2005 in Longview.
She was born November 16, 1917 in Carthage, Texas to David and Mildred Gillaspie Black. She had lived most of her life in Longview and was a 1934 graduate of Longview High School and attended Mary Hardin Baylor University. She worked as a Secretary for Mr. A. V. Grant, attorney at law. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Thelma Morgan Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, David Byron Bussey and wife Joyce of New Boston, TX.; Dr. William Edward Bussey and wife Debra of Longview, TX.; Charles Bruce Bussey and wife Lori of Longview, TX.; grandchildren, Michael Bussey, Chad Bussey, Kelly Bussey, Dr.Casey Bussey Tobin Zachary Bussey, Kenneth Bussey and Deanna Bussey and ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband David Cole Bussey and one brother, Pete Black.
Memorials may be made to the Thelma Morgan Sunday School Class at the First United Methodist Church 400 N. Fredonia St. Longview, Texas 75601.
The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday May 17, 2005 from 5:30 pm until 7 pm.
