Glennys Jean Boese's Obituary
Glennys Jean Boese, age 89, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on Monday morning, February 29, 2016. She was born in Overton, Nebraska on March 29, 1926.
She married Ralph W. Boese, September 27, 1945 , after his returned from World War II where he served in the Navy submarines. They settled in Bend, Oregon in 1957. She was a home maker and loving Mother to three children, Bill Boese of Portland, Oregon, Diana Pirrello of Medford, Oregon and Carolyn White of Longview, Texas, who all survive her. She is also survived by four Grand Children, Shiloh Holmes of Boise, ID, Candice Gleason of Longview, Andy & Sal Pirrello of Medford, OR and two Great Grand Children; Kaylee Gleason and Spencer Holmes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ralph, who passed away in September of 2012 after 67 years of marriage and whom she truly missed, a son Tommy, and her two sisters.
She was an active member of Lakeview Baptist Church –Longview since moving
here in July of 2014.
There will be a Memorial Service at Lakeview Baptist Church in Longview, to celebrate her life on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lakeview Baptist Church (building fund) at: 10522 FM 2011, Longview, TX 75603.
