Glen Reggie Graham's Obituary
Funeral services for Glen Reggie Graham, 82, of Longview will be held at 10 AM Friday, May 10, 2013 at Woodland Hills Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Hunt and Rev. Kenny Sanders officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Burial will follow at 3 PM at Centuries Memorial Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Graham passed away peacefully Wednesday morning in a local hospital. The family will receive friends for visitation and viewing Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at Woodland Hills Baptist Church.
Glen was born on July 14, 1930 in Summerall Mississippi to Sam and Onie Graham. He was a faithful member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church where he served the Lord as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher. He loved his family and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and gardening and spending time with his family. Mr. Graham loved sharing the Gospel as a former bi-vocational Pastor and continually witnessed to those around him at all times, even until the very end. He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Edward and Bob, and his sister, Mary Lou Grady.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Lois Graham; his sons and daughters-in-law Steve and Glenda Graham of Longview, and Randy and Lisa Graham of Anchorage, AK. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Julie and Heather Graham and Jeremy and Cody Graham; and two great grandchildren Jayven and Fayth Graham.
The family request that memorial donations be made in Mr. Graham's honor to the Woodland Hills Baptist Church Building Fund, 2105 East Loop 281 Longview, Texas 75605.
