Gladys Lucille Brewington's Obituary
Services for Gladys Brewington, 89, of Longview will be at 2 PM Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Pastor David Cook officiating. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Brewington died Friday Morning at a local hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Gladys Brewington was born on April 19, 1915 in Salina Oklahoma to Thomas and Josephine Rightsell. She was married to Marvin Brewington on December 19, 1934 in Prior, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Longview for the past 7 years.
Mrs. Brewington was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of over 70 years, Marvin Brewington; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Pat Brewington; grandchildren and their spouses, Ruth and Samuel Lovin, Mark Brewington, Paul Brewington, and Glenn and Virginia Brewington; great-grandchildren Sarah Lovin and Seth Lovin.
In lieu of flowers, the family request the memorial contributions be made to Missionary TECH Team, 25 FRJ Drive, Longview, Texas 75602.
