Gladys Virginia Brown's Obituary
Gladys Virginia Brown, age 93, of Longview passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on January 8, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., January 21, at Rader Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Moore officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. the same day.
Gladys was born February 10, 1923, in Lexington, SC, to Thomas and Edna (Seay) Hendrix.
Preceding her in death was her husband of 59 years, Milton Lee Brown, son, N.L. Brown, daughter-in-law, Virginia (Milam) Brown, sons-in-law, Wendell (Scooter) Boyd and Donnie Jordan, and grandson, David Brown.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ginger Boyd, son, Chuck Brown (Mona Brown), daughter, Debbie Williamson (Johnny Williamson), 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Gladys’s love and joy were her family and friends and she will be deeply missed.
