George Meissner
Funeral services for George Meissner, 92, of Marshall will be held at Ten O?clock AM Thursday February 24, 2005 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Emil Moran officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Meissner passed away Monday February 21, 2005 in Marshall.
He was born November 28, 1912 in Gause, Texas to O. H. and Martha Meissner. He worked in the oilfield all of his life. He was a member of the Hope Chapel church.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Carol Meissner of Houston, TX. daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Jerry Barton of Denton, TX.; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Meisssner.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday February 23, 2005 from 6pm until 8pm.
