George D. King's Obituary
Services for George D. King, 82, of Longview will be held at Longview Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Mausoleum. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. He was born in Ravenna, Ohio on November 9, 1932 and passed away on October 14, 2015 in Longview.
Mr. King was a 50+ year member Masonic lodge and a member of the Ft. Worth Scottish Rite Lodge.
He is Survived by wife Betty King; daughters Stacy Frisbie and husband Curt, daughter Patricia King; son Jerry King & wife Debbie; 5 step-children, Marsha, Charlene, Linda, Darrell, and Randy.
Mr. King is preceded in death by wife Paula; parents John & Ada King; brothers James and Waymon King; sisters Betty Ralston, Sarah Deemer, Alberta Sanders, Eileen Strickland and Irene Clifford.
