George William Gentry of Hallsville passed away May 28, 2018 in Longview. He was born July 2, 1931 in Canton, Ohio to Thomas and Adell Kittie Gentry. He was a retired structural engineer.
George was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Thomas Gentry; and his grandchildren Stephanie Maes and Vincent Maes.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Sandra Gentry; daughters Rebecca Gentry, Suzanne Jennings and husband Jeffrey, and Pamela Gentry; his grandchildren, Preston Jennings and wife Andrea, Tyler Jennings, Emily Torres and husband Blake Hendsch, Evan Torres; and his great granddaughter Lily Torres; and his brother, Richard Gentry.
