Mary when we met you and George that day in 1998 we needed a house and some friends. We found both in the Alexanders. As I reflect on the passing of George I have come to realize what a treasure you both are. George liked to give me tours of the garden, his work shop with projects both finished and unfinished, playing forty two, pulling for the Rangers, deer hunting on his lease, problems with is Ford truck. When you two last visited Dorothy and I commented how happy George was. It can truly be said of your care for George, "no regrets". We love and pray for you. We hope to visit soon..............Love Bob and Dorothy.
My memories of George were he was one of the kindest men I ever met. We had many good times during the three years we lived across the road from George and Mary and then in Kilgore. I remember the time I finally fixed my chicken and dumplings for them after we moved to Kilgore. George really liked them, I was sure he did because he kept eating them! We love George and Mary and they have a special place in our hearts forever. Love always Bob and Dorothy Wells
