Graveside services for Gaylon L. Wright, age 85 of Henderson, will be held Monday December 21, 2009 at 11:00am at the Strong Cemetery with Bob Payne officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mr. Wright died Saturday December 19, 2009 at ETMC Henderson
Gaylon L. Wright was born February 7, 1924 in Titus County to Robert & Velma Wright. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army, and was retired from Center Point Energy where he was a heavy duty operator. Mr. Wright was a member of the South Main Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife Lidell Wright.
He is survived by his wife Joann Wright of Henderson, sons; David Wright of Texarkana, George Wright & wife Wanda of San Antonio; sister Bobbye Thomas & husband Gordon of Pine Bluff Arkansas; step daughters Kathy Baumgardner & husband Les of Lake Cherokee, Kelly Adams & husband Les of Ore City; step daughter-in-law Rosanne Waggoner of Longview . He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
