Captain Gary D. Nipper
Funeral services for Captain Gary D. Nipper will be held at Twelve O?clock Noon Saturday April 12, 2003 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with the Reverend Lori Mangum officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosewood Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Nipper passed away Thursday April 10, 2003 in Longview.
He was born June 4, 1934 in Magnolia, Arkansas to Dale and Evelyn Nipper who precede him in death. He had lived in Longview the past seven months, moving here from Shreveport, Louisiana. He spent eleven years as a fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps having attained the rank of Captain. He owned Trident Production Company.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Melanie Nipper.
He is survived by his wife Jinni of Longview, children, Kenneth Nipper, Gavin Nipper, Joshua Nipper, Cassia Nipper all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, brother, Larry Nipper of Magnolia, Arkansas; grandchildren, Eric Nipper, Zack Nipper, Christian Nipper, Emily Nipper, Lena Nipper, great grandsons, Colby Nipper and Logan Nipper.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday April 11, 2003 from 5pm until 7 pm.
