Anytime I popped into Walgreen's, Aunt Gail was always so kind and happy to see me. We would hug and do a quick catch up as I found my make-up and a soda (or whatever else teenage me needed that day). Sending love to all of you.
I'll always remember how infectious her laugh was. You couldn't be in the room with her and Uncle Gene and not smile. Their love story inspired many. When they met and married they began having big family gatherings regularly. Those picnics/dinners blended both our families and created many sweet memories to cherish forever. Lol, she and I bonded over her broccoli rice casserole. She taught me how to make it and I still make it to this day. Thank you so much for loving my Uncle Gene and for uncluding us as your family. I love you!!!! Enjoy your reunion with loved ones.
