I just read about Gail's untimely passing in the Alpha Phi sorority publication, and I was so saddened by this news. Gail was my pledge mom in College and we lived in the same dorm. She was such a fun-loving, kind and caring person. She had beautiful long black hair and a great laugh. There were so many times when Gail would take time just to listen and talk. Not long ago, I ran accross some pictures of Gail and I remember singing with her to the song "Gloria".

My deepest thoughts and prayers to Ed, Brent and Kate. Gail was a constant reminder to me to make good choices. I always wanted to stand up straight when she entered the room. I could always count on having my spirits raised when she spoke. Weather out of guidance, direction or just plain humor. I'll miss you! I just recently met Gail & Ed, being that my daughter is a really good friend of their daughter, Kate. The girls had just played last weekend and Gail seemed in good spirits as always! I haven't known her long, but both Gail and Ed were very welcoming and friendly. I know that Gail will be watching down on her family, and I'm sure she will forever be loved and greatly missed. The saddness and shock we all feel at CCDC are indescribable. Ed, Brent and Kate I am so sorry to hear of Gail's passing. We have been thinking and praying for you all since we heard the news. She was an amazing woman, friend and so much fun to be around. I will cherish my memories of her deeply. She was a great pre- school teacher as well; I loved working around her and she certainly kept us laughing. Gail was my dear friend and sorority sister in college. She was so much fun and had the sharpest sense of humor! I haven't seen her since her wedding, when she told me, "Now I feel like my life is starting." We kept in touch over the years, and I know she loved married life and especially motherhood. It's so hard to understand how she can be called from this world already, but I take comfort knowing that she had so much love in her life and that she experienced her time to the fullest.
