Your husband and father was such a special man. I greatly admired his faith, his determination, and his love for the Lord.
He and I had a special connection, maybe because of health issues, unable to climb stairs, easy loss of balance, falls. I remember best the trip to Branson,Missouri, when the choir performed. Your Dad was determined to sing and be a part of this fabulous experience even if he had to be helped to stand up, and keep standing. I think the angels were holding him up that day.
I will always remember his kind words of encouragement, and his true life example of God's love. A lot of people talk the talk but don't walk the talk. Fred lived what he believed and radiated the love of God. He will be greatly missed.

Fred was a great personality and I enjoyed working with him on many projects at Eastman during his and my career there. Also,I know he was a very hard worker for Mobberly Baptist. I met him just a few years ago,but, a more likable man I've never known. It seemed Fred always had a smile and a kind word.

He is truly going to be missed. He will always be remembered by me. He had a great deal of pride in the Army and it was that pride that lead me to entered the Army. I to truly enjoyed the Army.
I was truly blessed to have been apart of his life during my childhood, and part of my adult life.
