We have known Frankie and her family for all of our lives. Her father drove our school bus for East Mountain school. She was a year younger and her brother, R. B.. was a year older. Many wonderful memories of those days. Frankie was a warm, sweet and pretty person, inside and out. Extended prayers to her family.
