Mrs. Taggart, I am so sad to learn that we have lost Mr. Taggart. He was such a great person and always had a smile to share. In all the years I knew him from working in the Gregg County Clerk's office, I never saw him without a smile. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

You and Frank have been the best neighbors we could possibly have asked for for the past 20 years. Harve and I enjoyed visiting with him and he always made time to stop and talk driving in or out of the driveway. He would admire the dogs and tell us that his dad had border collies when he was young. We loved watching him ride his bicycle through the neighbohood for many years. Paul was just telling me he had visited with Mr. Taggart at his lake house recently. We always looked to see if Mr. Taggart was working in his yard. He will be sorely missed by all. We are so sorry for your loss.

My condolences go to this special family. Growing up with the Gibson’s brought me the privilege of meeting this special individual on many occasions. Whether it was building a skateboard ramp at the local shop, fishing at the lake, or even watching him ride by my house on his mountain bike…..this man led by example and represented as a great role model.
