I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Taggart on a professional and business basis and always vauled his insights and wisdom. With Frank business always seemed to morf into a friendship that meant even more..He was that kind of gentleman. He was a blessing to us all the shall be sorely missed.

Frank was one of my favorite people for many, many years. Although we were not real close friends, I had contacts with him and soon learned of his superior abilities to be the type person I would like to be.

Mrs. Taggart,
You and Frank have been the best neighbors we could possibly have asked for for the past 20 years. Harve and I enjoyed visiting with him and he always made time to stop and talk driving in or out of the driveway. He would admire the dogs and tell us that his dad had border collies when he was young. We loved watching him ride his bicycle through the neighbohood for many years. Mrs. Taggart, I am so sad to learn that we have lost Mr. Taggart. He was such a great person and always had a smile to share. In all the years I knew him from working in the Gregg County Clerk's office, I never saw him without a smile. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I was surprised to read of your loss. Just a few weeks ago I visited with Frank at the Blitche's when he was checking on Ed, and getting ready to build the new storage building at the Lake House.
You will always miss his laugh, his stories, and his guidance, but you will always remember the sacrifices he made, and the example he set. He was a credit to his profession and our community.
