Frank Howard Dunagan's Obituary
Frank Howard Dunagan, 85, of Hallsville, passed away Saturday evening in a local hospital. Cremation arrangements are with Rader Funeral Home of Longview. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Mr. Dunagan was born on October 13, 1924 in Gladewater, Texas to Howard and Thula Mae Dunagan. After high school, Mr. Dunagan proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII. He was preceded in death by his father Howard Dunagan and mother Thula Dunagan, Gladewater, TX, wife Barbara Dunagan, Turnertown, TX, sister Patsy Dunagan Bender, Richardson, TX, son Frankie Charles Dunagan, Hallsville, TX. Those left to cherish his memory are his brother Dr. Tommy Dunagan and wife Shirley, Natchitoches, LA; Daughter Susan Dunagan Cross and husband Ben, Waxahachie, TX; and Daughter-in-law Lennie Dunagan, Hallsville, TX. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kristi Dunagan Branch and husband Scott, Frankie Charles Dunagan II and wife Tricia, Joey Dunagan and wife Emily, Laura Cross Hargrove and husband Craig; great grandchildren: Connor, Carson, & Karly Branch, Dalton & Dylon Dunagan, and Abbey & Sawyer Dunagan.
