Frank G. Cerliano's Obituary
Funeral services for Frank G. Cerliano, 78, of Longview, will be 2 PM Thursday at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Paul Phillips and Art Warfield officiating. Burial will follow at Danville Cemetery in Kilgore.
Mr. Cerliano died Tuesday morning, March 12, 2002 at a local hospital.
Born January 10, 1924 in Texarkana, TX., he was a longtime area resident and a 1942 graduate of Longview High School. He then entered the United States Navy and served until the war?s end in 1945.
He was a meat cutter by trade and had worked in grocery store management all of his life. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Cerliano is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Don and Gail Cerliano of Longview and Maxey and Cathy Cerliano of Kilgore; Daughter: Becky Cerliano of Jefferson; Grandchildren: Donna Gibson of Florida, Terry Cerliano of Longview and Michael Cerliano of Kilgore; Great Grandchild: James Gibson, III of Longview; Sister: Rosemary Ferguson of Golden and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cerliano was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Cerliano.
The family will greet friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 until 7 PM.
