Funeral services for Frances O. ?Dimple ?Shirey, 88, of Longview will be held at Ten O?clock am Monday October 25, 2010 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Road with H.L. Shirey and Tyler Sams officiating. Graveside services will be held at Three O?clock pm at the Atkins Cemetery in Homer, Louisiana under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Shirey passed away Friday October 22, 2010 in Longview.
She was born October 3, 1922 in Homer, Louisiana to the late Clif and Nora McKenzie. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband C.F. Shirey.
She is survived by daughter, Judy and the late Pete Fine, son, Horace and Sandra Shirey, daughter Anita and Bruce Sutton. Grandchildren, Mance Fine, Lee Shirey, Jill and Chris Shelby, Kaylee and Devan Loftis, Heather and Cody Blount, Heidi and Danny Murphy, Great ?Grandchildren, Nikki Shirey, Fred, Tess and Cy Shelby, Cade and Corden Blount, Ryann and Rylee Murphy and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday October 24, 2010 from 7pm until 9 pm.
