Frances L. Meissner
Funeral services for Frances L. Meissner, 84, of Marshall will be held at 10 AM Saturday, August 30, 2003 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverends Eddie Nichols and Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will be in Memory Park Cemetery. She passed away Wednesday, August 27, in a Marshall nursing facility.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday, August 29, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Meissner was born May 13, 1919 in Weatherford, Oklahoma, and had been a resident of Marshall for the past 3 years. A former resident of White Oak, she moved to Marshall from Uncertain, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Marshall.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, George Meissner of Marshall; son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Carol Meissner of Pearland, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Jerry Barton of Lewisville, TX; 6 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
