Floyd Donald "Don" Pierce's Obituary
Floyd Donald “Don” Pierce, 61, entered eternal rest on Friday, April 10, 2020 at home, from Glioblastoma, surrounded by his wife and daughter. Don was preceded in death by his father, Foye Dorian Pierce and granddaughter Aala Faye Sheikh.
Don is survived by his wife, Tana Pierce; children Brett Wade Pierce and Lifen of Killeen, Amber Michelle Sheikh and Nasir of Longview; two grandsons Zakar Edward Sheikh, 8 and Bruce Wade Pierce, 4; three siblings, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Summer Meadows and Heartsway Hospice. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Don’s name to the Macedonia Baptist Church Building Fund, where he worked and served faithfully, 4656 Page Rd, Longview, Texas 75605.
