Things great about Nana:
caring
loving
was always willing to play a game or do a puzzle
kind
great winks and smiles
Things I will always remember:
mice on the Christmas tree
playing ping-pong at her house
snacks in the kitchen
roosters
Hummels
I will always remember Nana as a smiling person. She was a wonderful grandma and holds a special place in my heart.##imported-begin##Christina Edinger##imported-end##
My children's beloved "Aunt Fla'". Remembering how we were both so competitive that we'd play "Rummycube" 'til two in the morning. Remembering how we'd converse on Sunday's to see if we'd finished the Times puzzle and the Quote Acrostic she could always finish the puzzle and solve the quote. She was brilliant, caring, selfless and loved by all. She was my big sister. Laney xoxoxoxoxo##imported-begin##Elaine Portocarrero##imported-end##
Dearest BJ and John: Please know that our hearts are heavy at the passing of NaNa. She was such a wonderful lady. During those times that Wendy would stay with her, she would relate us about fascinating events that had happened in her life. She loved her pictures so much. She would show us each picture and tell us the background of each one. Your Mom was a blessing to everyone who knew her. Please know that you are in our prayers. Love, Kathy, Wendy and Marlin##imported-begin##Kathy Bullard##imported-end##
When I think if Nana, I think of Teddy Bears and hugs. I'm only sorry that I did not get to know her before she became sick. She will be missed.##imported-begin##Pam##imported-end##

My "favorite" Aunt Florrie, as I used to address her birthday cards. My thoughts of my aunt growing up are of love, laughter, cookies Rice Krispie balls burning our handsBar B Q's strawberry picking, african violets in her diningroom and her great love for my mother Elaine. She often told me how she would show my mom off. When she was small. She loved her so. Her great love for her children and friends is something I remember with all my heart. I have been blessed to have had her in my life. Her smile, winks, and wonderful laugh will be missed. I love you Aunt Florrie. xoxoxoxoxo PS. Where would I be today without my "Feeders Digest?"
I owe my great love of baking and cooking to you!##imported-begin##JUDY PORTOCARRERO##imported-end##
Oh Mother!!! Yesterday was your funeral and what a glorious time we had reminiscing. Everyone had a different tale to tell about your wonderful self. We laughed, cried, clapped, ate, remembered and mostly expressed our undying love and affection for you. We talked about your amazing productive life, and the lessons you taught to all of us. No one will ever forget you; and I will always remember you with the most precious, tender love. You're the BEST MOM.
I know you are in God's arms of peace and joy forever.
Your everloving daughter, Beep##imported-begin##Beep##imported-end##
