Matthew Graham
Felesha will be missed by so many people. Throughout her years in education, she touched the lives of countless students, leaving a lasting impact far beyond the classroom. She wasn't just a great educator; she was an exceptional wife, a devoted mom, and someone whose love for her family was evident in everything she did.
Her family always came first. She adored her mom and dad and shared a special bond with each of her siblings. The love she had for her family was something everyone who knew her could see.
My wife, Mechelle, looked up to Felesha like a second mom. Mechelle would tell me story after story about Felesha when she was growing up, and it was no surprise that Mechelle eventually followed in her footsteps and became an educator herself. Felesha inspired not only through her words but through the example she set every single day.
She had a smile that could light up any room and a genuine kindness that made everyone around her feel seen and loved. Her nieces and nephews adored their aunt. She always had a warm hug waiting, words of wisdom to share, and encouragement when it was needed most.
I will always remember Felesha as a woman with a truly kind soul and an unwavering passion for Jesus Christ. Her faith wasn't something she simply talked about; it shined through her life like a beacon of hope and love for everyone around her.
While our hearts ache today, we find comfort knowing that her faith has become sight. Felesha, thank you for the lives you touched, the love you shared, and the legacy you leave behind.
Rest easy. Until we meet again on the other side.
