Fay H Baird's Obituary
Fay H. Baird, 82, of Longview went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 29, 2014. Services for Mrs. Baird will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Thursday, October 2 at 2pm. The family would like to greet friends on Wednesday October 1 from 5-7 pm. Fay will be interred at Youngblood Cemetery in Beckville TX following the service on Thursday.
Fay was born on August 16, 1932 in Beckville TX to parents Dock Higginbotham and Katie Slayton. She was a retired Minister for the Assembly of God Church.
Fay Baird was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her loving daughter Karen Gaston Groves; Those left to cherish their memories of Fay include her loving Husband, Lewis Hoffman; grandchildren Aaron and Gabriella Groves; step-daughter Maryann Flewharty and step-granddaughter Casey Flewharty, as well as numerous family and friends.
