Fabian Davila Avila's Obituary
Mass of Christian burial, for Fabian Davila Avila, 51, of Longview, will be held at Noon Saturday, March 19, 2005 at St. Matthews Catholic Church with the Father Efren officiating. Burial will follow in White Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. A rosary will be recited in the funeral home chapel, 1617 Judson Road, at 5:30 PM on Friday, March 18, 2005. The family will receive friends following the rosary from 6 to 8 PM.
A Longview resident since 1975, Mr. Avila was born on January 20, 1954 in Mexico to Porfirio and Patrocino Avila. He passed away on early Thursday morning, March 17, 2005 at his residence. He married Maria Garcia in Mexico on October 7, 1984. Mr. Avila was a welder for Rescar for over 17 years and a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church.
A loving husband, and father, Mr. Avila was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Julian Avila. He is survived by his wife; daughter, Yesenia Avila; sons, Gerardo Avila, Jorge Luis Avila; brothers, Celeon Avila, Mario Avila, Rosario Avila, Maximino Avila; sisters, Guadelupe Avila, Maria Dejesus; and numerous nieces and nephews.
