Everett Edward Fyffe Jr., 54, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the UT Southwestern Hospital. Everett Jr. was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Everett and Imogene Fyffe. He moved to Longview, Texas in 1981
Everett was a caring son, devoted husband, passionate father, and loving PaPaw. He worked as a General Mechanics Forman at Kansas City Southern Railway in Shreveport Louisiana. In his spare time he enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, and making people laugh.
Everett is survived by his wife Vickie Jean Fyffe of 34 years, son Michael Everett Fyffe, daughter Jennifer Marie Morvan, grandson Liam Morvan, mother Imogene Fyffe, brothers Gary Fyffe and Billy Joe Fyffe, sister Connie Bower and loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home of Longview, Texas. Memorial donations may be made in Everett’s name to www.phassociation.org/donate.
