Graveside services for Everett Curtis Allen, 93, of Longview will be held at Ten O?clock AM Monday June 11, 2007 at Memory Park Cemetery with Rodney Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Allen passed away Thursday June 7, 2007 in Longview.
Mr. Allen was born February 4, 1914 in Evelyn, Louisiana to John Curtis and Annie Butler Allen. He retired from Lone Star Steel Company after 23 years of service.
He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Allen McLelland and husband Dr. Claude McLelland of Corpus Christi, TX.; two granddaughters, Jaye Hellums of Corpus Christi, TX.; Tracy Gourley of Houston, TX.; four great-grandchildren, Emily Hellums, Allen Hellums, Drew Gourley, and Cole Gourley, brother, Stanley Allen of Stephens City, VA.; sister, Marjorie O?Neil of St. Louis, MO.;
