Graveside services for Evelyn Dell Sledge will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Lakewood Cemetery with Al Lockyer officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home. Evelyn Dell Sledge was born on June 12, 1947 and passed away on October 28, 2012 at the age of 65. Evelyn was preceded in death by her mother, Rena Faye Sledge and father, John Pete Sledge. Evelyn is survived by one daughter, Robyn Steinhauser and husband Bill of Austin and one son, Jed Jones and wife Jami of Longview. She has three grandchildren, Sophie and Cleo Steinhauser and Jace Jones. She also has one brother John Billy Sledge and wife Janie of Henderson, one sister, Peggy Gauntt and husband Kenny of Midland. She also has numerous nieces and nephews.
