Funeral services for Eunice Martin, 79 of, East Mountain will be held at 2 PM Saturday, July 15, 2006 at New East Mountain Cemetery with Bob Bretz officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday evening at the funeral home and at the residence beginning at Noon on Saturday, prior to the service.
Mrs. Martin was born on June 26, 1927 in Rusk to Jack and Mary Ford. She passed away on Monday morning, July 11, 2006 at her residence. She was a member of East Mountain Baptist Church, and was a bookkeeper before retiring.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Homer L. Martin of East mountain; Sons, Clifford E., Cecil L., Michael W., and Walter W. Martin; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; as well as one sister, Bernice Loden of Rusk.
