Graveside services for Ethel Dishongh Wooten , 93, of Hooks, Texas, a longtime resident of the Gray Community in Marin County, Texas will be 1 PM Monday, April 1, 2002, in Memory Park Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mills officiating.
Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
She was born March 11, 1909 in Polk County, Texas to Jacob Stadler Dishongh and Missouri Anne Choate and died March 30, 2002.
Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by son, John Bobby Wooten and her husband of 60 years, John Bussey Wooten and is survived by her beloved dog, Tucker; a sister, Mary Z. Knight of Hooks, TX; brother, Robert Dishongh of Cut N?Shoot, TX; sister-in-law, Mable Dishongh of Crockett, TX;
nephews, Ray Wooten of Longview, Billy Knight of Chrystal Beach, TX; nieces, Bettie Tullos, Neta Tullos and Lynda Woods, all of Hooks, TX,
Marty Jones of Grand Cane, Dorothy Knight of Houston, Mary Willis of DeKalb, TX. and numerous other nieces and nephews.
