I've known Ray since I was 5 years old and I'm 38 now. He and my dad have worked together as long as I can remember and he was like a great-uncle to me. After college, I was looking for work so I became his draftsman. Working with him, Ray Greenman, and my dad taught me more about responsibility, work ethics, and becoming a man than anything else could have. Even after I left being his full time draftsman after nearly 10 years, I still worked with him as his IT support....and boy did he need it. I believe he clicked ever single email he received. And then I'd get the call. I have to admit, I'm going to miss those calls. God Speed, Ray. I hope Heaven is ready for a story teller!

On behalf of American Legion, Department of Texas Post 232, we extend our deepest condolences and prayers for the family of fellow Legionnaire, Elwood Henderson. Elwood was always in attendance at meetings when his health permitted him to be there, and he was a generous contributor to the cause of his fellow veterans.

It is certain that his entrance into heaven on February 6, 2018 was a joyous event into the arms of his Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, and in the reuniting with his dedicated wife, and loved ones who entered before him.

Thanks always, Elwood for your dedicated service here on earth in serving others and in your service to your country in the U.S. Army.

in honor of Elwood.

We are sorry to hear of your Dad passing. As we all know, he could talk. We loved his stories of the military and how he got into engineering. Our son, Sam, a civil engineer in Austin always loved talking engineering with him. Our prayers and thoughts are with the Henderson family.
