Ellen McBride's Obituary
Ellen McBride left this earth to join her heavenly father on February 1, 2024, at the age of 91. Born February 6, 1932 in Brinkley, Ark. She is preceded in death by her father Dick Newman and mother Dellia Newman, her husband Edward W. McBride Sr., son's Clarence Clyde McBride and Edward McBride Jr.
Visitation will be at Rader Funeral home in Longview on Wednesday February 7th at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Following visitation, Graveside services will be held at Kilgore City Cemetery, 200 Memorial St. at 12:00 (noon)
Ellen was owner and manager of McBride Floor Covering in Longview, Texas for many years and later in life she owned and operated Ellen's Pet Grooming in Gilmer, Texas,
She is survived by her son's James David McBride and Jerrel McBride, wife Debra and daughter Eddice Skinner, husband Michael, 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandson's Todd and Curt Skinner, David A. McBride, Jo Ed McBride, Edward (Jody) McBride and great grandson Jason Skinner. Honorary pallbearer Ian Rosas.
