Elizabeth Bone Stone's Obituary
Graveside services for Elizabeth Bone Stone will be held at 12 PM Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Clayton Cemetery with Scott Shulik officiating. Mrs. Stone passed away on Sunday, surrounded by her loving family.
Elizabeth was born in Clayton, TX to William Floyd and Fannie Lou Mauritzen. She moved to Longview in the 1950's and worked as a medical secretary for many years. She attended Mobberly Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends.
Mrs. Stone is preceded in death by her loving parents; her previous husband of 42 years, David O. Bone; sister, Mildred Hand; brother, Walter Mauritzen; sons, Chris Templeton and Jerry Bone.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 15 years, Allen Stone of Longview; daughter Terry and Fred Barton of Springtown; stepson, David O. Bone Jr.; stepdaughters Lisa and Andy Cain, and Kay and Ricky Doss; sisters, Helen Nooner, and Doris and Don Hollister; brother, Ted and Debbie Mauritzen; granddaughters Becky, Leslie, Christi, and Rachel; grandsons Ben, Andrew and Matthew; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
