So very sorry for your loss, she was a lovely woman and I know she will be greatly missed.
Alicia, I spoke today with our sweet friend, Kaye Wieting, and she told me about your mom. Please know that I am thinking of you and sending my deepest condolences.
Alicia, Ronnie and Angie,
I don’t know where to begin. First, know that I am praying for the comfort and peace of the Holy Spirit to be with each of you now and in the days to come. May God lift you up and sustain you. I know how you will miss your mother. I will miss her too. I have fifty years of memories to remember her by. Happy times and sad times. When she was sick I would bring her a pot of soup and she would always bring me one of her delicious chocolate pies. We would solve all the problems of the world on the phone. I could write a book of those memories. Now all I can do is thank God that he gave me your mother for my friend. I will miss her always.
Alicia and Matt, our hearts go out to you and your family at this time. May your memories of your beautiful mom hold you and keep you during this difficult time. Lisa, Elizabeth, Robin and I are sending you comfort and peace!
My sisters and I have had many conversations in the past few days about how we have been so entirely fortunate to have your friendship throughout the joys and the sorrows of our lives. Your thoughtfulness during our grief remains quite fresh in our memories, even though time has marched on. We are all sending you good thoughts for strength and wholeheartedness each day. I worked with Rita back in the sixties at Marshall National Bank when all of us were young mothers trying to have a life and work at the same time. She had a wonderful personality was a genuine friend that all of us enjoyed a lot. I knew her husband as well and I must say that it was a wonderful family and I enjoyed knowing Rita as it workmate
Alicia, I remember seeing your parents at church when we joined St. Luke’s. Both your parents were always gracious to all, but I remember how classic Mrs. Peters dressed like she just stepped out of a magazine. We are never ready to lose our parents, but what a blessing they both were to so many. Prayers and love for you, my friend.
