I have fond memories of visiting Edyth and Virgil as a child, when my great-grandmother, Ida Johnson, lived with them. I remember being fascinated with an oil fountain, and thought that I must have a very rich Aunt and Uncle to have such a "fancy thing" in their own house. I especially remember bragging to my friends that I had a relative that had made an album. I loved showing everyone the album cover, but hoped my friends would never ask to actually hear the album. It just wan't "cool," at least not to a teenager. Edyth will be missed, and I wish we could be there with all of you. Hopefully we can have a family reunion soon under much happier circumstances. Our prayers are with your family.##imported-begin##Cheryl Phillips Hoffman & Family##imported-end##
