Services for Edwin Forrest Elliott, 52, of Longview will be held at 3 PM Friday, January 7, 2005 at St. Michaels and All Angels Episcopal Church with Father Tom Murray officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road.
Mr. Elliott was born on December 22, 1952 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Ennis and Ethel Elliott. He passed away on January 3, 2005 at his residence.
Mr. Elliott was a Nurse Anesthetist and employed by Longview Regional Medical Center for over 15 years.
He was preceded in death by his father; and Mason Layne Mathis his brother-in-law and best friend.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Elli-ott; daughter, Hope Layne; son, Sam Ma-son all of Longview; mother, Ethel B. Elliott of Hooks; brothers, Ennis B. Elli-ott of Santa Rosa, Ca., Charlie Elliott of Dallas; as well as his friends, associates, and colleagues in the medical profession.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribu-tion may be made in honor of Mr. Elliott to: Greater Hospice of Texas, 1905 West Loop 281, Space 81, Longview, Texas 75604.
