I will miss this man so much! Dr.Edwin Buckner M.D. was my childhood doctor and he took really good care of me. I remember all the moments when we got check ups in his office and he would always hand me and my brother Ronnie Pruitt a sucker before we checked out.
Rest in peace Dr.Buckner.
Dr. Buckner brought me into this world on January 21, 1969. I am so happy that I had a chance to reunite with him in fellowship and worship at Trinity Episcopal Church. His was a life well lived. He will be missed. My condolences to Miss Aurora and the Buckner family. God bless.

Dr. Buckner cared for me from the time I arrived in 1955 until I left Longview in 1982. He was truly a family physician and provided wonderful care for my family especially my mother and father. He always greeted me with a big smile and a warm hello. Blessings to you and your family.
