What a Guy, and what a family. We had the pleasure of knowing Ed, and his family for many years - from neighbor and seasonal parties to T-ball, soccer, and Indian Guides/Princesses. Ed was always soft spoken, but very willing to do whatever one asked of him. He will truly be missed.

I am sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I remember his smiling face sitting beside Glenda at my wedding. It was an incredible blessing to have friends from Longview at my wedding. I will never forget this act of kindness. Growing up, I loved visiting the Bays house. It was filled with kindness, love, and generosity I'm sure it still is. Thank you for always welcoming me.

Kim and I were both very saddened to hear of Ed's passing. My Dad shared office space with Ed since the late 70's. While Kim and I were working in Longview in the late 80's, it was always a pleasure to stop in and visit with Ed. He had a way of brightening the day, and he always made time for a light-hearted discussion of current event topics...from politics to sports. Ed was just a very pleasant man, who had a simple approacch to life...he lived by the Golden Rule. I know Ed will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with Glenda, Brad, Jennifer, and the rest of the Bays' family.
