Edward A. Baker's Obituary
Memorial service for Edward A. Baker, 85, of Longview will be held at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Thursday, June 27, 2013 with Reverend Homer C. Rockmore officiating. Following the memorial service, the family will receive friends. Mr. Baker passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 Longview.
Mr. Baker was born in Ibex, Texas to Alfred Addison and Mary Ada Baker on June 13, 1928. He loved to train field trial dogs. He is a 32nd degree Mason and owned a 60 year pin with the lodge. Mr. Baker held a patent in oil measurement. He was retired from Sun Pipeline where he worked for over 35 years. He is preceded in death by his daughter Cynthia Lee Baker and a son Jeffry Arnold Baker.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years Jeanne Baker; daughters and son-in-law Linda Baker and Michael B. Williams, Lori Baker Ashby; son Barry Arnold Baker; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brother Harold Baker of Lakeland, FL.; numerous nieces , nephews and cousins.
