Funeral services for Edith K. Fletcher, 82, of Longview will be held at Two O?clock p.m. Friday September 30, 2005 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel 1617 Judson Road with Chaplain Rick Webb officiating. Entombment will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Mrs. Fletcher passed away Wednesday September 28, 2005 in Longview.
She was born October 17, 1922 to Walter and Beulah Kerby in Tiger, Georgia. She had lived in Longview since 1954 and was employed by Dillard?s Department Store. She was a member of the Valley View Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Ronald W. Fletcher of Buda, Texas; Sandra F. Marlowe of Dallas, Texas; Susan F. Salter of Seneca South, Carolina; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, one sister, Evelyn K. Hill of Longview, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Fletcher and grandson Clay Marlowe
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday September 29, 2005 from 6pm until 7 pm.
