Wanda
Joyce was born at Old Center to Richard and Bertha (Poissoit) Emmons and was the second child of ten children.
She taught many classes at her church through the years; Sunday school, Missionette's, CA's, women's bible study, and young adults class. She was very active in her church. She was also known to read a book or two!
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bill, Roger, Mackey and sister Jeraldine Emmons.
Joyce will be remembered as a spiritual leader, loving mother, gram, and great gram mama.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2pm. New Life Church, 718 Hurst St. Center, Texas with Pastor Steve Noble officiating. Instead of flowers, please donate to the New Life Church.
