Ed Ramsey's Obituary
Loving husband and father, Ed Ramsey, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and grandchildren, on October 8th. He was born on March 12, 1958, to Betty and CW Ramsey in Longview, Texas.
Ed worked at Texas Eastman for 15 years when he was diagnosed with Cancer in 2002. He recovered and spent the remainder of his life traveling until his health deteriorated.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Pam Ramsey; his daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Josh Brand; 5 grandchildren, Simonn, Aurora, Sawyer, Storie, and Lyric Brand. He is also survived by a brother, sister, and several nieces and nephews, with a special connection to Cody Jackson for reaching out to visit and offer his help.
Cremation arrangements are with Rader Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on October 19, 2025 in the Hispanic building at Pine Tree Church of Christ.
